香港首现土制炸弹！港警：意图杀警、与各地恐袭手法雷同

据大公网10月14日报道，香港警务处副处长邓炳强在当天的警方新闻发布会上表示，警方首次发现有人制造及使用以手提电话遥控的土制炸弹。

警方强调，暴徒使用的战术和炸药品，与世界各地发生的恐怖袭击事件雷同（close to terrorism）。警方表示，有理由相信使用的爆炸品升级，意图是针对警员进行严重的致命袭击。

“This is an escalation of the use of explosives, with only one motive, which is to kill and maim officers in the field,” the police said.

香港警务处爆炸品处理科警司李展超表示，13日晚8点左右，在旺角弥敦道附近的一辆警车不足两米的范围内发生一宗爆炸案件。警方爆炸品处理科人员到现场调查搜证发现，爆炸物为一枚用手机遥控的土制炸弹。

The homemade bomb, remotely detonated with a mobile phone, exploded in a flower planter at the junction of Nathan Road and Fife Street in Mong Kok on Sunday. A nearby police vehicle was apparently the target of the attack, police said.

该自制爆炸装置和高性能炸药与世界各地发生的恐怖袭击事件雷同，引爆时候的威力及方向是无差别的。

警司李展超介绍，爆炸发生前，有示威者在附近设下路障，防爆警察到场清理路障，很短时间内就发生了爆炸。

警方12名人员受伤，201人被捕

香港警方在记者会上通报，过去两天，共有12名警务人员受伤，其中一名警员被人以利器袭击颈部。

Twelve police officers were injured during operations against the citywide violence and vandalism, said Kong Wing-cheung, acting chief superintendent of the Police Public Relations Branch. Two police officers were assaulted with bricks, city officials said.

警察公共关系科署理总警司江永祥表示，全港共12名警务人员在打击暴力及破坏公物的行动中受伤。有政府官员称，两名警察遭到砖头袭击。

至于割颈暴徒现已被抓获，目前涉嫌的罪名确定是“蓄意谋杀罪”。

从11日到13日，警方在行动中共抓捕201人，涉嫌非法集结、藏有攻击性武器、刑事毁坏、纵火、使用蒙面物品等。

Over the weekend, 201 people were arrested, including a 19-year-old student who was accused of slashing the officer in the neck on Sunday.

上周末，有201人被逮捕，其中包括一名19岁的学生，他被指控周日用利器袭击警员颈部。

香港警务处副处长邓炳强强调，“暴徒针对警务人员的暴力行为越来越过分，出发点似乎是要‘攞命’（要命），有警务人员被利器割颈，警车被土制炸弹袭击，暴徒的行为与其他罪犯及骗徒相比更加邪恶，超越了香港市民可以接受的范围。”

他呼吁：“广大市民不要参加非法活动，见到罪案发生请尽快报警，不要阻碍警方执法，应尽快离开现场，也希望市民支持警方严正执法，重建社会秩序。”
