五部门：到2030年主要再生资源年循环利用量达到5.1亿吨
每经AI快讯，11月4日，国家发展改革委等五部门印发《实施全面节约战略行动方案》。其中提出，到2030年，全面节约制度更加健全，资源利用效率明显提高，我国单位国内生产总值能耗、用水量、建设用地使用面积比2025年分别降低10%左右、10%、15%，粮食全产业链各环节损失率持续降低，主要再生资源年循环利用量达到5.1亿吨，进一步形成崇尚节约的社会风尚。
