【环球时报-环球网报道 记者 赵瑜莎】外交部发言人毛宁主持11月4日例行记者会。会上有记者提问称，中方如何看待刚刚举行的美国国会中期选举？中方是否认为，此次选举将为中美关系的发展带来新的机遇？
毛宁表示，中期选举是美国内政，中方愿继续同美方一道维护好、落实好两国元首重要共识，加强沟通，妥处分歧，拓展合作，构建基于尊重、公平、对等的中美建设性战略稳定关系。
