科翔股份：拟投资20亿元建设高端AI算力用PCB基板项目
每经AI快讯，10月30日，科翔股份(300903.SZ)公告称，公司拟使用自有或自筹资金在惠州市大亚湾响水河工业园投资建设高端AI算力用PCB基板项目，项目总投资约20亿元。项目计划建设期为2年，建成后将实现年产4.6万平方米mSAP基板、年产120万平方米AI服务器用PCB基板的新增产能。
