10月15日，北京银行公告，钱华杰因工作需要申请辞去公司董事职务。辞任后，钱华杰继续担任公司党委副书记、工会主席，并被选举为公司职工董事，任期三年。其离任不会导致公司董事会成员低于法定人数。
