上交所终止汇禾医疗科创板IPO审核 公司及保荐人主动撤回
每经AI快讯，9月24日，因上海汇禾医疗科技股份有限公司及其保荐人东吴证券股份有限公司、国泰海通证券股份有限公司撤回发行上市申请，根据《上海证券交易所股票发行上市审核规则》第六十三条有关规定，上交所终止其首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市的审核。中证协于7月1日公布2026年第四批首发企业现场检查抽查名单，共抽中21家公司，其中就包括汇禾医疗。
