阳光股份：子公司签署22.93亿元服务器采购协议
每经AI快讯，9月21日，阳光股份(000608.SZ)公告称，公司控股子公司深圳阳光金汇科技有限公司与甲公司签署《产品合作暨销售协议》，承诺自第一批货物交付之日起90日内分批采购服务器及配套设备，协议总金额不低于22.93亿元(含税)，占公司最近一期经审计总资产的51.22%。
