刘春雷，男，汉族，1973年10月生，大学学历，法律硕士，中共党员。
公开报道显示，他曾任中央纪委国家监委第九监督检查室主任等职务，后任民政部党组成员、中央纪委国家监委驻民政部纪检监察组组长。
