No coal burning, no gas consumption! The No.2 seawater-source energy station at the Guzhenkou Campus of China University of Petroleum (East China) has gone into operation. It draws deep-sea seawater for heat transfer, saving more than 10,000 tons of coal and cutting carbon emissions by 20,000 tons annually.
