薛志勇，男，汉族，1972年5月生，工学学士，中共党员。现任开封市政府党组成员、副市长，开封宋都古城文化产业园区党工委书记（兼）。
负责科技、工业和信息化、交通运输、现代物流方面工作。协助常务副市长分管企业改革工作。
