润禾材料：披露向不特定对象发行可转债中签结果
每经AI快讯，9月13日，润禾材料公告称，公司向不特定对象发行的“润禾转02”可转债网上发行摇号仪式已完成，摇号结果经公证。本次网上中签号码共83127个，每个中签号码可认购10张（1000元）润禾转02。网上中签投资者需确保资金账户在2026年9月14日日终有足额认购资金，不足部分视为放弃认购，由保荐人（主承销商）东方证券包销。本次可转债发行总额为3.70亿元，包销比例原则上不超过发行总额的30%。
