中方宣布上调日本公民赴华签证费，外交部回应
【环球时报-环球网报道 记者李萌】9月11日，外交部发言人毛宁主持例行记者会。会上有日媒记者提问称，中方宣布上调日本公民赴华签证的费用，外交部对此有何评论？
毛宁表示，中国驻日本使馆已经发布了通知，这次调整是根据对等的原则作出的安排。
