September 3 marks the Victory Memorial Day for the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.

80多年前，日本在山东潍县设集中营，关押了20个国家的2000多名侨民。铭记历史，珍爱和平。在潍县西方侨民集中营旧址博物馆的展柜中，有三个号牌，105、106、109。这些号牌见证着怎样的历史？中间的107、108为何空缺？《我“潍”和平发声》为您解读。

More than 80 years ago, Japanese invaders set up an internment camp in Weihsien, Shandong, imprisoning over 2,000 foreign nationals from 20 countries. At the Weihsien West Civilians Concentration Camp Site Museum, three number plates are on display: 105, 106, and 109. What history do these number plates bear witness to?
