通知称，受暴雨等极端天气影响，为保障师生安全，现紧急通知：2026年9月3日（星期四），全市幼儿园、中小学校、中职、高校、培训机构、实践基地营地，停止一切教育教学活动。各县区教育局、各级学校立即通知到每位学生、家长。寄宿学生和已经到校学生请妥善安置，确保安全。
