据都市快报，8月4日，上海一辆智界R7在上海S20外环高速起火，所幸无人员伤亡。
鸿蒙智行当天即回应称，事故系前方车辆行驶过程中掉落的大体积尖锐金属异物撞击底盘，造成强物理冲击并在摩擦过程中起火。经初步调查，事发前车辆三电系统状态正常，且未见车辆其他异常，事故非车辆自身原因导致。
