财联社2月28日电，根据国际油轮流量监测系统的实时数据显示，目前位于霍尔木兹海峡周边海域的油轮航行速度已普遍降至零，显示该地区的航运已陷入停滞状态。同时，多个欧洲国家政府已向其在途的悬挂本国国旗的油轮发出紧急指令，要求严禁通过霍尔木兹海峡，以规避当前局势升级带来的安全风险。
