科兴生物被要求退市，最新消息来了

「科兴生物被要求退市」有后续了。

此前 2025 年 11 月 12 日，科兴生物（Sinovac Biotech Ltd.）收到来自纳斯达克证券市场有限责任公司（下称「纳斯达克」）旗下上市资格部门发出的退市决定函。[1]

据悉，这是由于科兴生物未能按期在 11 月 11 日前，提交 2024 年年度报告。除非其向纳斯达克听证委员会提出听证请求，否则其证券将于 11 月 21 日开盘时暂停交易并摘牌。[1]

昨日（1 月 22 日），科兴在官网宣布：已正式获得纳斯达克听证委员会批准，将继续维持在纳斯达克全球市场的上市地位。[2]

根据听证委员会的决定，科兴控股需在 2026 年 5 月 11 日或之前完成截至 2024 年 12 月 31 日的年度财务报告及截至 2025 年第二季度的中期财务报告的报送工作。[2]

从千禧年后成立，8 年后上市，后又陷入行贿和私有化争议，到 2019 年停牌，再因百亿分红「杀」回大众视野。

去年 11 月以来，「被要求退市」的这段时间里，关于「倒闭」、「财务造假」、「内斗」的讨论不绝于耳。
