当地时间12月17日，俄罗斯国防部长别洛乌索夫在会议上表示，2025年乌军死伤约50万人，损失装备13万余件。他还称，俄军在各条战线上的推进速度和2024年相比增加了50%至100%。乌克兰方面暂未对此进行回应。
