当地时间12月12日晚，中国汾酒“纽约汾芳，共赴未来”对话之夜品鉴会在美国纽约举行。适逢汾酒集团荣膺1915年巴拿马万国博览会甲等大奖章110周年，中美商界、文化及媒体代表百余人到场，共鉴中国白酒品牌的跨文化时刻。

On the evening of December 12 local time, the “Cooperation Forged Tomorrow: A Special Evening with Fenjiu” tasting event was held in New York City. Marking the 110th anniversary of Fenjiu’s Grand Prize Medal at the 1915 Panama–Pacific International Exposition, the event brought together more than 100 representatives from the Chinese and U.S. business communities, as well as figures from the cultural and media sectors, to witness a cross-cultural moment for a leading Chinese baijiu brand.

110年前，汾酒在旧金山惊艳亮相，让世界记住一抹东方清香；2025年，汾酒再次来到美国，它要呈现的是中国酿造智慧与技术创新下的品质飞跃，是一个民族品牌从“产品出海”迈向“价值共生”的宣言——举杯之间，传统与现代、中国与世界同频共酿。

One hundred and ten years ago, Fenjiu made a memorable appearance in San Francisco, introducing the world to the refined elegance of Chinese light-aroma baijiu. In 2025, Fenjiu returns to the United States with a renewed presence, highlighting a significant leap in quality driven by China’s brewing heritage and technological innovation. The occasion also underscored the brand’s transition from simply “exporting products” to pursuing “shared value”. As glasses were raised, tradition and modernity, China and the world, converged in a moment of shared craftsmanship.

活动现场，纽约市长高级顾问顾雅明（Peter Koo）发表致辞，并代表市政府向汾酒集团颁发“中美文化交流证书”。他表示，跨文化对话、历史回顾与广泛社会参与让两国企业家、学者和文化创新者共聚一堂，“以酒为桥，活动为全球合作作出贡献，也期待与会各方共同塑造更加公平、和谐、繁荣的未来。”

At the event, Peter Koo, Senior Advisor to the Mayor of New York City, delivered remarks and, on behalf of the city government, presented Fenjiu Group with a Certificate of China-U.S. Cultural Exchange. He noted that cross-cultural dialogue, reflection on shared history, and broad social engagement had brought together entrepreneurs, scholars, and cultural innovators from both countries. “By using baijiu as a bridge,” Koo said, “this event contributes to global cooperation, and we look forward to working with all participants to help shape a more equitable, harmonious, and prosperous future.”

山西杏花村汾酒厂股份有限公司副总经理、汾酒销售公司董事长张永踊随后登台，用三句“感谢”开场：“谢谢各位把汾酒带进纽约的夜色——让调酒师把它兑进气泡水，让布鲁克林的厨师用它收汁，让露台上的年轻人举杯说‘干杯’。”结合现场氛围，他将“清香”解读为“一口干净，让人放心；两口下去，想起老家；三口碰完，不用分英文中文，大家说的都是‘再来一点’”，引来满场会心笑声。

Zhang Yongyong, Deputy General Manager of Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Distillery Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Fenjiu Sales Company, then took the stage and opened his remarks with three expressions of gratitude. “Thank you for bringing Fenjiu into the New York night,” he said. “For letting bartenders mix it with sparkling water, for having Brooklyn chefs finish their sauces with it, and for seeing young people on the terrace raise a glass and say ‘cheers’. Drawing on the atmosphere of the evening, Zhang offered his own interpretation of Fenjiu’s signature light aroma. “The first sip is clean and reassuring,” he said. “The second brings thoughts of home. After the third, there is no need to distinguish between English and Chinese—everyone is saying, ‘just a little more.’” His remarks were met with knowing laughter from the audience.

汾酒国际贸易有限责任公司董事长、总经理相里宝宝特别补充了品牌的时间坐标：6000年酿造史、1500年成名史、800年蒸馏酒史、300年品牌史和110年出海史。“时间把高粱酿成汾酒，也把汾酒酿成我们与世界的默契，希望今天的清香能在曼哈顿留下长久记忆。”

Xiangli Baobao, Chairman and General Manager of Fenjiu International Trade Co., Ltd., added a temporal perspective on the brand’s heritage. He outlined Fenjiu’s history through a 6,000-year brewing tradition, 1,500 years of renown, 800 years of distilled spirits, 300 years as an established brand, and 110 years of international outreach. “Time has transformed sorghum into Fenjiu,” Xiangli said, “and Fenjiu into a shared understanding between us and the world. We hope tonight’s light aroma will leave a lasting memory in Manhattan.”

Representing Fenjiu’s North American distributor, Zhang Ruiqun, Chairman of Dawenhang Liquor, delivered heartfelt remarks. “Tonight, the light aroma of Fenjiu drifts through Manhattan—and into our hearts,” he said. “Thank you for bringing the Eastern spirit of purity to New York and for placing your trust in us. From store shelves to dining tables, from glasses raised to smiles shared, what has accompanied us every step of the way is not only quality, but also friendship.” He then invited guests to raise their glasses in a toast to “cooperation that transcends time zones and a shared passion that bridges cultures”.

此外，活动现场还设置了专业品鉴与互动区域，国际认证品鉴师引导与会嘉宾“观色-闻香-品味”，充分感受千百年匠艺的沉淀与新意。席间，美声歌手以双语演绎经典，二胡与爵士吉他即兴合奏，川剧变脸在杯影之间切换面谱，东方技艺与西方节奏在当下时空实现同频共振，也为“清香走向世界”奏响了新序曲。

In addition, the event featured dedicated tasting and interactive zones, where internationally certified tasters guided guests through the process of “observing the color, savoring the aroma, and appreciating the flavor”, allowing them to experience both the depth of centuries-old craftsmanship and its contemporary expression. Throughout the evening, a bel canto vocalist performed classic pieces in two languages, the erhu was paired with a jazz guitar for an impromptu improvisation, and Sichuan Opera face-changing took place amid the glimmer of raised glasses. As Eastern artistry met Western rhythms in the same moment, the scene embodied a resonant cultural exchange and set a new overture for Fenjiu’s light-aroma tradition as it reaches the world.
