据凤凰网援引韩媒报道，韩国国家情报院11月4日表示，朝鲜领导人金正恩很有可能于明年3月韩美举行联合军演后，与美国总统特朗普会面。情报院称，有多方消息证实，朝鲜正在筹备与美国的对话。
