海南海口发布停课停航停园停工停业公告：根据气象部门预报，今年第18号台风“桦加沙”9月24日起将严重影响我市，沿海陆地阵风增大到10～12级，伴有暴雨到大暴雨，局地特大暴雨。为保障人民群众的生命财产安全，我市启动停课、停航、停园、停工、停业措施。
