当地时间9月19日，葡萄牙外交部在一份声明中宣布，该国计划于当地时间9月21日正式承认巴勒斯坦国。目前，法国、英国、加拿大、比利时等国也计划本月承认或有条件承认巴勒斯坦国，引发以色列强烈不满。
