【环球网报道】“今日俄罗斯”（RT）援引阿根廷媒体15日消息称，委内瑞拉总统尼古拉斯·马杜罗近日在一场新闻发布会上展示了一部中国朋友送他的华为手机，他称这部手机是“世界上最先进的手机”。

“我想学习如何使用这部新手机，它是世界上最先进的手机。”马杜罗在展示手机的同时，还摆出打电话的样子用中文说“你好”和“谢谢”。
