根据福建省气象台预报，随着台风“杨柳”临近，将给福建省带来明显风雨影响。13日，中南部沿海海区最大风力可达9—11级、阵风11—13级。
受台风影响，为了确保安全，明天，厦门—金门、泉州—金门、马尾—马祖、黄岐—马祖等4条两岸“小三通”客运航线临时停航。
福建海事局提醒旅客，密切关注台风天气情况，适时调整出行计划，“小三通”航线将在气象、海况好转后及时恢复通航。
