据凤凰卫视报道，德国检方5月14日发表声明称，已逮捕三名乌克兰公民，怀疑他们从事与运输含有爆炸装置包裹有关的外国代理人活动。声明说，这些嫌犯据信曾与“为俄罗斯政府机构工作”的人员保持联系。
