财联社3月12日电，美国国务院在联合美乌声明中表示，乌克兰表示愿意接受美国的提议，立即实施为期30天的临时停火。美国将立即解除暂停情报共享，并恢复对乌克兰的安全援助。美乌同意尽快达成全面协议以开发乌克兰关键矿产资源。
