财联社3月9日电，民政部部长陆治原在十四届全国人大三次会议民生主题记者会上表示，下一步将扎实开展服务类社会救助试点，完善政策措施，探索形成“物质+服务”的服务模式。加强对低收入人口的动态监测，应用大数据比对和摸排等方式，确保困难群众“有困难及时被发现，需要救助的及时得到救助”。
