财联社3月1日电，据法新社2月28日报道，俄罗斯政府28日表示，在本周于伊斯坦布尔举行的会谈中，已向美国建议恢复两国之间的直航。这次会谈涉及双边关系中的“许多恼人问题”。俄罗斯外交部在一份声明中说：“已向美方建议研究恢复直航的可能性。”
