匈牙利总理欧尔班
当地时间22日，匈牙利总理欧尔班在录制的节目中就俄乌冲突表示，欧盟已经输掉了这场“战争”。如果欧洲全面介入冲突，并“将其归为自己的战争”，那么将面临更大的失败。
欧尔班还提到，2022年4月，乌克兰危机各方在伊斯坦布尔举行秘密会谈，但乌克兰在西方国家的干预下退出和谈。“这项任务并非无法完成，只是被搞砸了。”
