财联社11月19日电，针对美国媒体称美国授权乌克兰使用美制武器打击俄罗斯境内目标一事，德国政府发言人18日表示，这不会影响德国在相关问题上的立场。德国不会向乌克兰提供“金牛座”巡航导弹。
