10月，中证新能源指数上涨3%，国证新能源电池指数下跌1%，中证上海环交所碳中和指数下跌2.7%，中证绿色电力指数下跌5.1%。
日前，国家发改委、工信部等六部门联合发布《关于大力实施可再生能源替代行动的指导意见》，提出2025年和2030年全国可再生能源消费量分别达到11亿和15亿吨标煤以上，有力支撑实现2030年碳达峰目标。
