中新网4月25日电 最高检4月25日发布《知识产权检察工作白皮书(2021-2023年)》。白皮书显示，立案监督力度持续增强。2021至2023年，开展监督立案分别为330件、365件、1155件，同比分别上升37.5%、10.6%、2.2倍；开展监督撤案分别为241件、330件、401件，公安机关撤案分别为231件、322件、413件(含积存)，监督撤案率分别为95.9%、97.6%、100%。建议行政机关移送刑事犯罪线索分别为280件306人、401件431人、484件558人，件数同比分别上升22.8%、43.2%、20.7%。
