当地时间2023年9月20日，俄罗斯国防部发布公告称，俄罗斯维和部队继续在纳卡地区撤离居民并向伤者提供医疗援助。维和部队共撤离了2000多名平民，其中包括1049名儿童。所有撤离的居民都获得了临时住所和饮食。
