高铁员工卖明星行程获利19万元，被判刑并处罚金

2019年1月起，被告人陈某等人利用铁路车站客运员的职务便利，查询销售“明星”的乘车时间、车次、座位等个人信息，陈某共计获利约19万元。法院以侵犯公民个人信息罪判处被告人陈某等人9个月至3年8个月不等的有期徒刑并处罚金。案件一审宣判后，被告人陈某等人均提起上诉，最终被裁定驳回上诉，维持原判。（总台央视记者李可婧 刘润泽）
