男子用冥币掉包老人7000元，获刑10个月

绵阳三台县法院6月5日发布案例：宋某以收购树木为由接近赵某，用冥币掉包7000元现金后逃离。法院认为其行为构成盗窃罪，判刑十个月罚款5000元、退赔7000元。
