美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）2月24日消息，CNN记者Matthew Chance表示，“由于俄罗斯入侵，乌克兰已经有数百人伤亡”。
据塔斯社报道，俄罗斯国防部表示，俄罗斯武装部队并未袭击乌克兰城市，而是以高精度手段摧毁军事基础设施，打击乌克兰防空设施、军用机场和航空部队。
俄罗斯国防部表示，对乌克兰的打击未危及平民安全。
