阿富汗重启公民护照办理 一个细节略显尴尬

10月5日，阿塔政府恢复了为阿富汗公民的护照办理工作。此次护照办理的对象主要是因病需要到国外就医的人群。
尴尬的是，目前阿富汗新政府办理的护照还要使用旧政府的名称。可见阿富汗塔利班政权在争取国际空间方面，还有很长的路要走。
