4月13日，58同城宣布任命董莉、杜瑞璞为58同城的独立董事，并任命58同城国际业务总裁周浩兼任首席战略官（CSO），原58同城CSO陈小华卸任，将专注于58到家公司的发展。
十天前， 58同城宣布收到了鸥翎投资发出的一份不具约束力的收购要约，并随后表示将会尽快对此要约进行评估。
