据日本放送协会（NHK）报道，北京时间20日，东京奥运会圣火抵达日本宫城县进行展览。但在欢迎仪式上，当工作人员将火种转移到圣火盆时，由于当地突然刮起大风，圣火在交接过程中意外熄灭，直到30分钟后圣火才被点燃。
