这都能出错？因监狱失误，本该终身监禁的强奸犯被释放
美国警方正在全力追寻该罪犯的下落，并提醒市民如发现可疑情况及时报警。
当地时间10月28日，美国乔治亚州官方消息称，由于失误，一名被判终身监禁的强奸犯于上周五被释放了。当局仍在寻找他的下落。

Inmate Tony Maycon Munoz-Mendez, 31, was "released in error" from Rogers State Prison in Reidsville, Georgia, at 11:30 am on Friday, officials from the Georgia Department of Corrections said in a press release.
乔治亚州惩教所在一份新闻稿中表示，31岁的囚犯Tony Maycon Munoz-Mendez被关押在乔治亚州里兹维尔的罗杰斯州立监狱，周五上午11:30他被“误放”了。
"The priority of the GDC is apprehending the offender as quickly as possible, and at this time, we have all resources focused on the search," Lori Benoit, a spokesperson for the Georgia Department of Corrections told Insider. "As soon as the error was discovered, the GDC immediately put those resources into place."

但Benoit却没有提及罪犯到底是怎么被错误释放的。CBS在报道中点出，这份声明既没有说明监狱什么时候才意识到误放了一个强奸犯出去，也没有说明为什么在误放三天后才广而告之。
根据公开记录显示，Munoz-Mendez犯有两项强奸罪和一项严重猥亵儿童罪，被判终身监禁，于2015年4月入狱服刑。

得知他居然因为监狱的失误被释放了，当初起诉他的检察官约翰·沃尔直言自己简直“目瞪口呆”(dumbfounded)。他说他感到非常气愤， 受害人的经历他到现在都还记忆犹新。
"This one was especially bad,” Warr said.
沃尔说：“这起案件尤其恶劣。”
According to Warr, Munoz-Mendez had been living with the pre-teen girl and her family because he was her mother’s live-in boyfriend.
据沃尔回忆，Munoz-Mendez是受害少女母亲的同居男友，一直与母女俩生活在一起。
Warr said that in 2010, when the girl was about 10, Munoz-Mendez began to molest her, and then he raped her repeatedly.
2010年，女孩大约10岁时，Munoz-Mendez就开始猥亵她，他还多次强奸她。
"It spanned several years,” Warr said, even though the girl told her mother to make him stop.
沃尔说，尽管女儿曾告诉过母亲，希望她能叫他停手，但“这种情形仍持续了好几年”。
Warr said the mother, at first, said she believed her boyfriend's denials instead of her daughter's complaints. She changed her story after she was charged in the case, pleading guilty to Child Cruelty in the Second Degree, for failing to intervene to save her daughter.

"Her mother failed to report that to the police, or take any measures to keep her daughter safe from this person in the home."

但是Munoz-Mendez却一直都抵死不认罪。最终，在受害的女孩亲自出庭作证以及医学证据的支持下，他的罪名才得以成立，被判终身监禁。谁想到刚坐了四年半的牢就被误放出来了。
沃尔气愤地表示，把这种危险人物误放了出来，最起码要通知提醒一下受害人吧。
Warr says no one from the state notified him, or the girl - now in her teens - or her foster mother, that Munoz-Mendez is out and on the run.
沃尔说，没有人通知他、如今已十几岁的女孩、或是她的养母，Munoz-Mendez已经被放出来而且在逃中。
"I saw it on-line" on Monday, on a news site, Warr said. "So, I contacted the foster mother of the victim, immediately, and informed her what was going on. He'd already been out of prison the whole weekend, right?"
他说自己周一在一个新闻网站上看到了，“我在网上得知这一消息。”“我立即联系了受害者的养母，告诉她发生了什么。整个周末他都在监狱外面了，是吧？”

得知消息的网友纷纷表示不可思议。
怎么能犯这种错！天哪，求你们快控制下局势吧。
是在开玩笑吗？要粗心大意到什么程度才能放错犯人...这种地方应该至少有两个警卫来确保不会发生这样的事吧。难以置信！！
我们可能永远也不知道他是咋被误放的，因为这可能会启发到其他人。希望他们能采取措施确保下次不再发生类似失误。
有人担心地表示，希望能在他对下一个受害者下毒手之前就把他缉拿归案。
希望在另一个孩子受伤害之前能抓到他。
希望他对下一个受害者下手前警方就能抓住这个罪犯。把他误放出去的人得承担责任。
但也有人质疑，这并不是一起单纯的误放，而是内部有鬼，收受贿赂之后故意为之的。
这种事情怎么可能发生啊？？听起来像是有内部人作案。
不是失误。肯定有人收钱做这事了。乔治亚州惩教所可比你想象的腐败多了。
