A girl toddler named Niuniu fell from the 10th floor in Platinum Coast Condo in Changhe Road, Binjiang around the midday of 2nd Jul. Fortunately, Niuniu was caught by a female neighbour who was just passing by.

Ms. Wu Juping, 31, employed by Alibaba.com as a sales customer service officer has a seven-month-old baby herself. She recalled that she was downstairs and heard someone screaming. She looked up and naturally stretched her arms to catch whatever was falling down. It happened so fast that she just felt a sharp pain on her left arm and fell on the ground.

It equals to a hit by 287kg on the left arm of Ms. Wu. A doctor commented that she may become disabled on her left forearm as several bones are broken.

Niuniu was sleeping in her baby cot after lunch while her grandmother who was looking

after her left the apartment for a short while. When Niuniu woke up, she crawled out of the baby cot, got on her parents' bed and then reached the window. Niuniu is now still in trauma and is being treated in the intensive care unit of the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
