北京中期的前身是1992年由国家经贸委批准的物资部组建成立的中国国际期货公司（中期公司）。2005年，原属于中期公司总部的期货业务独立出来，成立了北京中期期货经纪有限公司（简称北京中期）。现控股股东中国嘉德国际拍卖有限公司,也是泰康人寿保险股份有限公司的第一大股东,主要股东中诚信财务顾问有限公司是一家专业为企业提供全方位财务顾问和管理咨询服务的投资银行机构.??北京中期一直坚持“规范、诚信、专业、创新、共赢的经营原则，实现为客户、为员工、为行业、为社会、为股东创造价值的全面协调可持续发展”的经营理念，坚持“止于至善”的客户服务精神，坚持为期货行业、为社会创造价值的奉献精神，在社会各界和广大投资者的支持下，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益，为期货行业的规范专业和诚信运作树立了良好的形象。2008年北京中期获“首都文明单位”称号，获“十大最有影响期货公司”和“十大卓越期货公司”称号。

The China International Futures Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “CIFCO”), was founded on December 28, 1992, which authorized by the State Economic and Trade Commission. Since 2005, the BEIJING CIFCO Futures Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “BJCIFCO”) has formal separated from the CIFCO, and has been authorized by CSRC, and approved by SAIC. China Guardian Auctions Co. Ltd. considers as one of current shareholder of BJCIFCO, China Guardian Auctions Co. Ltd. also is the major shareholder of Taikanglife. China Chengxin Financial Consultancy Co., Ltd is our major shareholder, which is a professional consultation company that provides wide range of financial service and management consulting service to investing bank institutions.
